In order to maintain the required temperature, humidity, wind speed, pressure, and cleanliness parameters in the clean room, the clean air conditioning system will continuously send a certain amount of treated air indoors to eliminate various thermal and humidity disturbances and dust pollution outside the clean room.
Basic composition:
The purification air conditioning system is basically composed of the following equipment
1. Heating or cooling, humidification or dehumidification, and purification equipment;
2. The air conveying equipment and pipelines that send the processed air into each clean room and circulate it;
3. Provide heat, cooling capacity, heat source, cold source and Plumbing to the system.
Clean air conditioning systems are generally divided into three categories:
1. Centralized clean air conditioning system: The purification air conditioning equipment required for a single or multiple clean rooms in the system is concentrated in the computer room, and clean air is distributed to each clean room through air supply pipes.
2. Distributed clean air conditioning system: Each clean room in the system is equipped with separate purification equipment or purification air conditioning equipment.
3. Semi centralized clean air conditioning system: In this system, there are both centralized purification air conditioning rooms and dispersed air handling equipment in each clean room. It is a combination of centralized processing and local processing.
People usually name the system based on the cleanliness of each clean room within the system, such as a 100 level purification air conditioning system, a 1000 level purification air conditioning system, etc. Sometimes, they are also distinguished based on the properties of the final stage filters of the system, including high-efficiency air purification systems, sub high-efficiency air purification systems, and medium efficiency air purification systems.
