High efficiency air filter
High efficiency air filters are mainly used to capture 0.5 μ Particles, dust, and various suspended solids above m. The air purifier mainly consists of two parts: a filter element and a shell. The basic requirements are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance, and the ability to be continuously used for a long time to reduce later consumption costs.
The filter element refers to the air filter, and high-efficiency air filters play a crucial role in the air purification industry.
Introduction:
Using ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as partition boards, glued with wood frame aluminum alloy, made of special silicone rubber, odorless, surface will not harden, and there will be no cracks over time. The chemical properties are stable, corrosion-resistant, and can absorb the stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking. The softness and hardness are moderate, and the elasticity recovery is good. Each unit has been tested by the sodium flame method and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust capacity.
High efficiency air filters can be widely used in the manufacturing of optical electronics, LCD liquid crystals, biopharmaceuticals, precision instruments, beverages, food, PCB printing and other industries for air conditioning at the end of the air supply in dust-free purification workshops. Both high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are used at the end of clean rooms, and can be divided into: high-efficiency with partitions, high-efficiency without partitions, high-efficiency with high air volume, ultra-high-efficiency filters, etc. based on their structural form.
Key points for selection:
The main control parameters selected for high-efficiency air filters include filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance at rated air volume, dust capacity, etc.
2. According to the method specified in GB/T6165-1985 "Performance Test Methods for High Efficiency Air Filters - Transmittance and Resistance", the transmittance is ≤ 0.1% (i.e. efficiency ≥ 99.9%) or the particle size is ≥ 0.1 μ A filter with a count transmittance of m particles ≤ 0.001% (i.e. efficiency ≥ 99.999%) is a high-efficiency air filter.
3. The commonly used filter materials for high-efficiency air filters include ultrafine glass fiber, etc.
4. Air filters should meet fire protection requirements. High efficiency air filters are divided into three levels based on their fire resistance: Level 1 filters. All filter materials are non combustible, and non combustible materials should comply with GB8624-2012 Class A. Level 2 filter, the filter material should be non combustible material that meets GB8624-2012 Class A, and the partition plate and frame can be made of combustible material that meets GB8624-2012 Class B2. Level 3 filter, all filter materials can be used in accordance with GB8624-2012 Level B3
When designing, the final resistance can be calculated as twice the initial resistance, which is used as the calculated resistance of the filter.
The initial resistance of the high-efficiency air filter should not exceed 10% of the product sample resistance.
7. High efficiency air filters should not be used alone, and they should be set at the end of the purification air conditioning system.
The manufacturer should provide a dust capacity of 8. High efficiency filters should be leak tested when leaving the factory. Other requirements are determined based on user needs.
In general non parallel flow clean air conditioning systems, combined filter vents are often used.
Product classification:
Mainly divided into: high-efficiency filter with partition, high-efficiency filter without partition, V-BED high-efficiency filter, high-temperature high-efficiency filter, and liquid tank high-efficiency air filter
Non partition high-efficiency filter
